Amy Emms is our latest recruit from the NHS where she spent 7 years implementing bespoke IT systems in an Acute Trust.  Amy has experience of various clinical specialties, most recently working closely with the endoscopy service supporting a transition to digital-based working.  That included implementing a new Endoscopy Management System.   Amy will use her skills to build relationships with customers to ensure a smooth implementation and a positive experience for all EMS users.
